I understand that struggling can make us feel hopeless, unmotivated, and frustrated. My human experience allows me to identify with the challenges you are facing, because I face them too. It is my calling to help others at a human level on this journey of healing, and through counselling, you can feel empowered to reclaim your confidence and take back control of your life. My formal training includes an MEd in counselling psychology, as well as trainings in psychedelic integration, compassionate inquiry, self-esteem issues, male and female sexuality, and sex positivity.
My goal as a therapist is to create a non-judgmental, compassionate, and inclusive space for you to explore your healing and make lasting changes. I believe that we all have the capacity to heal, and that we can live an authentic life that is deeply fulfilling for us. In sessions, we will explore your uniqueness and discover who you are at your core.
