Providing evidence-based therapies, Niagara Youth & Family Therapy offers treatment options for youth (6 - 18 years), emerging adults (19 - 29) as well as family members and loved ones experiencing struggles with mental health, addictions and trauma.
Treatments delivered through the experienced services of a Registered Psychotherapist include: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy for Trauma , Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for Trauma, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and others.
All services are client centered and trauma-informed in all approaches. Goals are set by you and empowered by our therapists. Sessions can be scheduled directly in-person, virtually via video platforms or through phone. Measurement based care is practiced in order to provide clinical evidence-based practices of psychotherapy with all treatment plans.
