Our Therapists have extensive experience working in community and hospital-based mental health settings with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Among other approaches, we offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR. Treatment is always grounded in Mindfulness.
