I am licensed as Clinical Counsellor, RCC, in BCACC with over 24 years’ clinical work experiences with people struggling with mental illness, conflicts , and traumas. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental with a safe and trusting therapeutic space. My counseling practice is integrative, drawing from different therapeutic models depending on each individual’s situation and needs. Therapeutic modalities include CBT, DBT, EFT, TA ant short term Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I’m fluent in Farsi and English. I also understand cultural and societal expectations that associated these specific cultures.
I’m expert in relationship and conflict management and experienced in unresolved traumas.
