My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative, blending evidence-based principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy to personalize treatment to meet your unique needs and goals.
As an occupational therapist, I take on a holistic and functional lens in psychotherapy. I believe our experiences are shaped by various interconnected aspects of ourselves: our narratives, bodies, culture and environment, roles and relationships.
