Using a client-centered, mindfulness approach, I am dedicated to providing clients with a safe and non-judgmental space to heal and grow! I strive to provide clients with an environment where they can explore their challenges and regain their full potential. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults in their mental health journey.
I am an Associate Counselor at the Child Inspired Psychology Group and Christina Vaillancourt Psychological Services, Airdrie. My work is supervised by two wonderful mentors who are Registered Psychologists. I am in the process of completing my Master of Counselling program and will be applying to register as a Provisional Psychologist with CAP after.
I practice several different evidence-based approaches to therapy. My areas of experience and interest include, but are not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Life Transitions and Adjustment.
