Psychotherapy allows clients to share and explore their experiences in a safe space where they can be validated and reminded of their strengths while working towards their individual goals. Every person is different and I strive to respect and honour individuality. I aim to get to know my clients better in order to better support them in achieving their goals and coping with the challenges that life throws at them.
I am passionate and committed to creating a safe, collaborative, compassionate and non-judgemental space for clients to share their experiences. As a woman of colour, I strive to support my clients through a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens and foster opportunities for healing and empowerment through an eclectic and person-centred approach.
