I have 20+ years of experience in the mental health field. I have completed training throughout my career as part of continuous learning with a focus on couples issues, EMDR, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and addiction. I am a certified EMDR therapist, a Level 3 completed Gottman therapist, SSP certified, and an approved Veterans and RCMP provider.
