I am in my last year of a Masters of Counselling Psychology. I am offering sliding-scale counselling at Reframed Psychological in Edmonton, AB until Dec, 2024. I take a trauma-informed approach and am drawn to IFS/Parts Work, Attachment theory and Narrative therapy. I believe in the power of re-storying our lives and experiences to help shift our perspectives and open up new possibilities, as well as acknowledging the role that systems of oppression play in our striving for wellbeing. As a queer woman myself, I enjoy helping queer/gender diverse clients with their unique challenges.
I specialize in Relationship Anxiety /Relationship “OCD”. I know the unique pain associated with not being able to accept/feel secure in emotionally available, stable relationships. However, I support clients with a variety of issues, helping you to gain compassionate awareness of yourself and learning to 'parent' your wounded parts.
