Hello, and welcome. I want to acknowledge that it takes a lot of courage to begin therapy, taking time to process and discover patterns in ourselves that may be blocking us from acting in a way that feels authentic. My practice revolves around the notion that the only way to change is by becoming more of yourself. As we navigate what this means for you, we build awareness together as I stand as witness, partner, and co-creator in your journey towards greater self-expression. I offer a compassionate, safe space for you to explore, feel and express yourself. You are not alone.

Together we will do so much more than just 'talk'. I practice relational Gestalt Psychotherapy which means that I pay close attention to your movements, subtleties in behaviour and the way you are unique. Our space is whatever you need it be, whether it is transformative or quiet the possibilities are endless as we discover what feels right for you.
