I firmly believe that psychotherapy is a nurturing place that allows you to express yourself in a safe, warm, and supporting environment. Psychotherapy involves processing difficult emotions, and defining personal goals with a trained professional. I specialize in providing emotion-focused therapy techniques to help you on your life pathway.

I have a special interest in trauma counselling. Post-traumatic stress disorder and trauma therapy involves processing difficult emotional concerns including grief and loss, feelings of being overwhelmed, and repetitive thoughts. Trauma counselling provides a supportive environment for you to safely express and process concerns and anxieties.
