Relationships form the foundation of our lives, and boy can they be challenging. You are here, perhaps, because you are feeling ready to look more closely at what's hard. I am a witness and a co-explorer of what is true for you - and what you want. I notice your strength, courage, and tenacity, and wisdom, which you may take for grant.

We are biologically programmed to love and enjoy each other - and ourselves too. But sometimes our past is not our friend; our history can follow us. Together we explore, with gentle curiousity and compassion, the parts, patterns, and nervous system responses that won't let go. I take my lead from you in the spirit of partnership. And there's no rush.

Whoever you love, whatever kind of body you inhabit, whatever your background, whatever your life situation, whatever pains you, bring it all. I want to know YOU.
