We repeat what’s familiar. Even though we know what is dysfunctional, and not working well for us, we repeat behaviours because they are familiar. Neuroplasticity is the ability of the brain to change its physical structure and function based on input from your experiences, which includes your behaviours, emotions, and thoughts. You can use your mind to change your happiness.
