I am accepting new clients, and offer sessions on evenings and weekends. Life is full of different paths to explore and bridges to cross. Sometimes we get stuck or lose our way. Developing greater awareness and healthier coping strategies enables us to move forward with more ease, expertise, and joy. My goal is to help you get where you want to go and have more fun doing it!
I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with a master’s degree in counselling psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. My experience in the mental health field includes working with individuals dealing with a wide array of challenges including relationships, life transitions, anxiety, loneliness, body image, and disordered eating.
My therapeutic approach is holistic; I like to get an understanding of the bio-psycho-social factors at play with my client's concerns. Providing a safe, supportive space and collaborative experience, I like to integrate tools into my sessions based in cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, and other evidence-based methods.
