I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Dalhousie University and my Master of Psychology degree from Adler Graduate Professional School.
I draw from evidence-based therapies and interventions such as MiCBT, DBT, EFT, and mindfulness to treat various psychological issues such as anxiety, adjustment disorder, depression, trauma, complex trauma, and dissociation. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR therapy and working toward my training certification.
I believe authenticity, compassion, and empathy are essential for establishing a solid therapeutic relationship. I take a client-centred approach to ensure that my clients feel seen and heard, and I am dedicated to providing a welcoming and safe environment for people in the BIPOC and the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
