Has your child been experiencing difficulty recently? Do they need additional coping strategies to help them succeed? I would be happy to help. I have been a successful mental health practitioner for 10+ years, working with children and youth between the ages of 4 and 21. I work from a trauma-informed lens using a strength-based perspective. I will support your child by providing them with the coping strategies and resources required to help them better manage their feelings. I am available to meet in-office or in-home. Additionally, I will be running groups so that children and youth can learn from and practice with one another.
I specialize in supporting children and youth with autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), self-regulation, self-esteem, anxiety, anger management, and so much more. I am also certified in Mental Health First Aid. I have also worked with parents to equip them with the tools needed to support their children.
