I'm a science nerd and I am excited to teach you that it’s not all your fault. Together we’ll learn about how your nervous system adapted to some challenging times and how you can use it to bring you to a new place of joyfulness and freedom. I’m committed to a path of unlearning as a white woman. I am happy to walk with others who are doing the same.

Groups
Support Group for Registered Veterinary Technician
Offering online support to veterinary technicians who are struggling with exhaustion, overwhelm, and feeling underappreciated. This is a safe space to share your experiences and connect with others struggling with the issues unique to veterinary medicine. Together we will learn to manage feelings of anxiety and frustration, tend to your exhaustion and empower you to develop skills to better manage your work experience.
