| 中文 I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor fluent in English and Mandarin and hold a master’s degree in counselling from City University of Seattle, Vancouver. I have been in the field of helping people for over a decade, and that’s where my passion is. I have specifically assisted divorced/separated families for over five years. I have a deep understanding of such a situation's dynamics, special needs, and difficulties and have my whole heart towards it. I also understand well about immigration families from my background. Although I spent my adulthood here, I have never forgotten my roots. With a gentle and warm approach,
I assist children, couples, and families who are going through tough times, looking for clarity in life or want to improve the quality of their lives. I provide an empathic and safe environment in which clients gain insights and understanding about their experiences, leading to self-awareness, freedom, empowerment, and positive change.
I work from a Person-Centered/Client-Centered, strength-based perspective along with Mindfulness Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also have in-depth training in play therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, and Internal Family System training. I am also an active member of Collaborative Divorce Vancouver as a divorce coach/child professional.
