Problems have a way, often many ways, of intruding and trodding through our lives, in ways that undermine our wishes, our hopes and the relationships with people we hold dear. They can leave us believing we are powerless and the situation is hopeless. Problems can use language that make them seem all powerful, sometimes the words themselves can make them appear ‘almost permanent’ (depression, anxiety, trauma, and so on). They can cling to us.. Come consider the other vibrant and sustaining stories that are seeking you out... Come stand in a space where we actively pursue anti-colonial ways of talking/working.
I offer conversations guided and inspired by Narrative Practices, that hold you as the expert about the problem's appearance in your life. We will talk together, about what your experience of these problems have been, and then we will notice where you have stood up to these, how you are not going along with this and so much more...
Come have a conversation ‘where the problem is the problem and the person is the person', and connect again with the values, hopes and commitments that are most precious to you. (Have telehealth sessions with an NIHB approved provider of psychotherapy.)
