I have experience working with barriers such as substance use, neurodiversity, trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression utilizing evidence based practice such as CBT.
My experience in the mental health field has allowed me to develop effective programs and therapeutic interventions that aim to support individuals living lives with more connection, direction and purpose while also experiencing less stress, anxiety and trauma.
