Are you looking for low-cost queer-affirming therapy? Life can be beautiful as well as challenging; you deserve support whether you’re at your lowest low, feeling a growing disconnection from yourself or others, or wonder if life could be better. I'm a queer social worker and psychotherapist accepting new clients, and have experience supporting teens and adults facing a variety of life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I'm passionate about supporting members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, including trans, non-binary, and questioning folks, and use a gender and sexuality-affirming approach.
I believe each person is the expert of their own life, and I understand the pervasiveness and impact of trauma. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to share, process, and feel heard and empowered to tune into your inner wisdom, reach your goals, and create a life worth living.
I offer complimentary 15 minute video or phone consultations so that we can meet, chat about what you’re looking for and how I can support you, and you can ask any questions you may have. If you decide that it feels like a good fit for you, I provide full 50 minute sessions for $100 in-person, by video, or phone. I would love the chance to connect with you.
