Together we will explore ways to heal, strengthen existing coping strategies, and create the change you most desire. Each person is unique and I use an integrative approach (variety of therapies) that are a "good fit" for each client.
As a psychologist I come with over 20 years of experience, am trained in various forms of therapy, and consider the value of forming a genuine relationship with the client to be an integral component of treatment.
