As a Psychotherapist, Educational Consultant, and Director, for over a decade I've had the privilege of helping people in times of difficulty - within the home, school, work, and hospital settings, individually and in groups. Services include: Individual Therapy (Adults, Children, Adolescents), Social Skills Groups, Couple Therapy, EFT, Parenting Programs, ADHD Coaching, and Family Therapy.
As a McGill University graduate with 2 masters degrees, and with additional extensive training in many evidence-based therapies and programs, I have worked for different organizations including Montreal Children's Hospital (Psychiatry, Pre-School Day Treatment Program, Adolescent Clinic), School Boards, and EAPS.
