Are you feeling down, overwhelmed or anxious? I know how hard and challenging it can be to reach out for help. I am passionate about creating a warm and non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely. I strive to accommodate my client’s needs while remaining solution focused.I help my clients identify their challenges and utilize their strengths to make positive changes in their lives, improve self-confidence and create empowerment.
I work with teenagers, adults and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, parenting challenges and couple conflict. I use an eclectic approach involving aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Systems-Focused Therapy and a Strength Based approach.
