Hi! I'm glad you're here. Whether you've tried therapy before or this is your first time, I would love the opportunity to get to know you. If you are looking for help with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, childhood trauma, PTSD, parenting dynamics, social issues and needing support for equality, or any issue that you just feel you need someone to talk to, I would love an opportunity to get to know you and work with you. I am registered in Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Alberta and work with a client base from all provinces. I consider the work I do a privilege and do my best to convey that in our time together.

I know how hard it can be to try to find the right person for you, and tried to find photos that really show my personality

I have a background in a variety of areas and primarily work from a CBT based approach, but believe that as everyone is unique so should every therapeutic relationship. My goal is to make you feel seen, heard, supported - that you are not alone - and to support you in getting to where you want to be, even if you’re not sure where that may be yet.
