I have experience working with clients dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, stress, divorce, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. I aid my clients by providing psychoeducation on cognitive distortions and guiding them through the cognitive restructuring process. I specialize in helping clients practice self-compassion, mindfulness, and creating personalized self-care plans. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be heard and where your feelings and emotions are valued.
I provide services to clients aged 5 years old+ and feel passionate about allowing our therapeutic relationship to blossom through compassion, empathy, and unconditional support. No matter where you are on your journey, I will be there to guide and encourage your positive growth. I have availability and offer same week sessions depending on need.
I am a graduate of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. I favour a person-centered approach and I believe that it is important to incorporate aspects of other modalities based on the unique needs of each individual client.
