I'm passionate about the union of psychotherapy and spirituality, providing a therapeutic space where we can cultivate unconditional compassion and acceptance for oneself, giving you the tools so you can continue this work in between sessions. My ideal client knows that there is healing in self awareness and getting to know themselves, and they are looking for guidance in this self discovery journey.
My approach is integrative and holistic, using different techniques that can help us connect with our bodies and process our emotions, like mindfulness meditation and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These techniques will help us explore our subconscious mind, master our emotions and extract the messages that we need to create the life that we want.
Pain and challenges are inevitable, but we can learn how to surf those challenges if we are able to find meaning in our suffering. I provide services in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
