You are here because you are having a hard time at work, school, or in your personal life and you are brave enough to seek support. You may be feeling overwhelmed with your long to-do lists and you find it difficult to start or prioritize tasks unless they are urgent. Projects may take you longer than most as you will hyperfixate on minor details in your endless pursuit of perfection. You are always thinking and analyzing, leaving you exhausted yet struggling to fall or stay asleep. In social situations, you are hyper-aware of yourself and how you are perceived by others, often critically processing interactions for some time after.
If you relate any of these experiences, you may be neurodivergent (like me!). I support teens and adults with ADHD and/or Autism by providing psychoeducation and understanding, compassion, and skills-building to help develop your most fulfilling, authentic life. In addition to talk therapy, I love using arts-based, tactile activities in-session together.
My approach is casual and conversational, as if you are talking to a friend that has similar lived experiences and is also well-trained in the mental health field.
