Hello! I’m Mike, and I provide therapy for teenagers, adults, and families. I also provide psychoeducational assessments. Whether we’re teens or adults, we’re constantly working out who we are, what we want, and how to manage the challenges life throws at us. Sometimes that can be difficult, and we can feel overwhelmed with sadness, stress, anxiety, or other concerns. Sometimes we cope with these things in unhealthy ways that hurt ourselves or the people we care about. Confronting those feelings and habits can be incredibly powerful, and can help us grow into the people we want to become.
I work with adults, adolescents, and families to help navigate the stress, anxiety, sadness, and struggle that comes with negative periods in life or big life transitions. My approach is to help you figure out the ways you want to grow - then how to get from here to there - by encouraging you to explore the ways you think, feel, and interact with the world.
