You have in you to avoid these traps, my role is not to lead you but instead , to walk with you as you throw off the ropes holding you back from dreaming, exploring and discovering your identity and passions. At the end of our journey together, I want you to be in a better place than when we met. I was an English kid in Montreal, who, in a hockey town, spent all his time training and competing in the martial arts. Its not a surprise I was socially awkward, bullied, with self-esteem and anger issues. Luckily, I found a therapist to help me;
his skill and kindness inspired me to pursue a career helping youth, , adults and families. Having been a therapist, a client a proud single-parent, a teenager and a confused adult has given me a unique understanding that allows me to help adults, teens and families overcome the behavioural and emotional effect of life's ups and downs.
