Welcome! I offer Pay What You Can ($0 - $60) counselling both online and in-person, with evening and weekend availability! I so value the insight and expertise you bring from your journey so far, and am passionate about creating an oasis of collaboration and acceptance where you can now share your experiences and emotions free from judgment. I am here to explore themes and topics that matter most to you, and may explore with you a variety of avenues including mindfulness practices, calming breath and somatic experiences, as you strengthen your ability to rest in a grounded neutral awareness of the present.
I am an 2SLGBTQI+ friendly and affirming therapist, inviting new clients navigating feelings of anxiety, waves of panic/ fear, depression, life transitions, grief and healing trauma, as well as individuals navigating neurodiversity, releasing lingering thought patterns, building intentional routines, and welcoming mindfulness practices into their life.
