Hi, I'm so glad you're here. I’m Mikayla. I facilitate a collaborative, therapeutic space for you to show up just as you are. I believe we all have gifts, insights & experiences that inform how we progress and move through life. Sometimes we need someone to accompany us in rediscovering & understanding these parts of ourselves. If you're looking to reconnect with yourself, understand patterns & behaviours, honour & process lived experiences, or re-author your internal narratives, this is the place to create healing. I hope to offer a safe space for you to unfold & integrate the parts of yourself that have been crumpled up.
This being a human thing can be muddy and painful and in the same breath, gratifying and incredibly beautiful. Art can hold all of that. Whether you’re looking to tend to old wounds, reestablish balance in your life, process and release challenging experiences—or if you're not quite sure what you’re looking for— art therapy can be a supportive guide.
