I am of mixed Asian ancestry, including Filipino, Chinese and Vietnamese. I was born in Toronto, the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples. My pronouns are she/her/they/them and I identify with the LGBTQ2s community. The intersectional movements of MeToo, MMWGI, Black Lives Matter and FreePalestine inform my work.
I prioritize working with Indigenous, Black, and People of Colour, including folks of mixed ancestry and wanting to work with me on anti-violence, intimate partner violence issues, interpersonal relationships, identity, PTSD, and trauma. My approaches are grounded in Anti-Oppressive Practice, Trauma-Informed, Decolonizing, Somatic and EMDR.
