I am passionate about helping people to find their voice, regain their power, and learn about themselves and their needs to be able to communicate these to others so that they can live the life they want to. My goal is to help children, couples, individuals and First Responders develop skills to overcome anxieties, regulate emotions, manage stress, develop healthy relationships with themselves and others. My role is to support you in a capacity that suits your needs to get to where you want to go.

My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, emotion-focused, and systems driven. This means that I firmly believe you have best interests at heart, I will support you in growing your strengths to achieve your goals, I value your inner emotional experience and work with you to connect and self-regulate.

I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges. I offer you a genuinely safe space, filled with openness, compassion, and comfort, to be free to explore, grow and heal at a pace that works for you. I am honoured to walk alongside you on your journey if you will have me.
