My clients are usually people in life transition, they feel overwhelmed and want to discuss their issues and get some clarity and help with decision making and coping strategies. They may have a complicated life situation and often medical and mental health problems combined. I can help them to maximize their health during stressful times and focus on goals and direction in the present and future. Personal and family situations, relationships, health and medication management, work and school and grief and isolation. With some support and professional guidance many situations that feel overwhelming and hopeless can be opportunities.
My background is in nursing with broad experience in both physical and mental health and primary care. I am a certified Nurse psychotherapist (CNP/CPN). I use an evidenced based, trauma informed, multi focused and multi modality approach to regaining health and balance in both an emotional and physical sense. Supervision for qualifying psychotherapists.
If you are struggling to connect, feel overwhelmed and alone and want to work towards a balanced life, moving forward to wellness, emotional clarity, energy and motivation for the future, please consider me as your therapist and guide.
