I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Registered Midwife. I use my experiences and training to support adults struggling with depression and anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, grief, perinatal related issues and parenting struggles.

I specialized my training in trauma psychotherapy and accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy. These frameworks help me connect with clients in a holistic way while integrating compassion and mindfulness. Incorporating experiential, cognitive behavioural, and solution focused approaches supports me to be creative adjusting to individual needs.
