I am a trauma informed therapist. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. My focus and area of practice has been working with addiction and trauma. I also have my own lived experience with addiction and trauma. I believe in showing up authentic, genuine, and with empathy. I am a mom, wife, dog mom, and a psychologist. I also believe that people are put in our path for a reason and feel very blessed with gratitude for everyone that crosses my path. Life is so beautiful and full of miracles, and yet it is also full of pain and challenges. I hope to offer some validation, relief and to hold some space for you.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a trauma technique that is effective for PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, and OCD. I also utilize Dialectal Behaviour Therapy skills. I am influenced by Internal Family Systems, Narrative, and Client Centered Therapy.
