I know how hard it is to feel stuck. It's painful to spend tremendous energy struggling to change and to feel like you're struggling alone. I am here to help lighten the load and support you on whatever particular journey you're on at the moment. Whether it's dealing with anxiety or depression, having difficulties with life transitions, experiencing loss (new or old), or searching for meaning, I am skilled at creating a safe space for your to share your struggles with me. Instead of trying to change or "fix" a certain aspect of yourself, I help you gain insight and understanding of who you are, as you are, at this moment in time.

I approach therapy as a collaborative experience. I believe you are the expert of your life and how it feels to be you. I know about the therapeutic process and how to guide you through it with mindful attunement. Through our explorations we can figure out how to best support you and create an environment, in therapy and in life, where you can heal and grow.

With curiosity and empathy, I will hold a space for you to explore your struggles, without judgement and with the focus on what they mean to you. I will not provide advice or answers; I believe that you already know what you need and through building awareness and support you will have a greater capacity to feel it and to act on it.
