Hello and Welcome! My name is Michelle Groen. Since 2020, I have had the honour of bearing witness to the courageous resilience of my individual clients. As a Registered Psychotherapist I take a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach that is rooted in compassion, respect, and trust. I believe in creating an empathic space for individuals to feel safe and heard while we journey towards growth and renewal.
I utilize evidence-based therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) with an area of interest in ADHD, life transitions, personality disorders, sexual orientation & gender identity, and anxiety & depression.

Through a collaborative approach, I am dedicated to helping you identify your value & personal strengths, explore tools that may empower you, and identify behaviour patterns that no longer serve you.
