Life throws us a lot of challenges. My counselling practice supports people to reconnect with themselves in mind and body – building on their strengths and resilience towards a whole-person experience of healing. Our work together will strive to help you understand yourself and your experiences better, and support your ability to successfully cope with challenges that may occur in the future.
Understanding you, your experiences, and your goals is the foundation for our journey together in counselling. I believe that every person experiences and relates to challenges uniquely, and therefore the pathways and plan for healing should be customized to each person individually.
