My invitation to you when beginning the journey of therapy is to come just as you are. My work is rooted in supporting and collaborating in rewriting your story in moving towards growth and healing. I specialize working with adolescents (age 13 +) and adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions, ADHD, and trauma.
I offer eye movement therapies including Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR. Both utilize a combination of techniques to reprogram the way distressing memories and images are stored so they no longer have strong physical and emotional reactions.
