My invitation to you when beginning the journey of therapy is to come just as you are. You can expect to be met with respect, compassion, humor and understanding in a casual environment Together, we will work to uncover your strengths, unpack negative self-talk, address root concerns, and learn effective strategies. My work is rooted in supporting and collaborating in rewriting your story in moving towards growth and healing. I specialize working with adolescents (age 13 +) and adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions, ADHD, and trauma.
I offer eye movement therapies including Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR. Both utilize a combination of techniques to reprogram the way distressing memories and images are stored so they no longer have strong physical and emotional reactions.
