While psychological therapy can address some deep and painful issues, it doesn't need to be all about pain and suffering. In fact, it is often more about understanding yourself and others differently. It is about learning how to cope with challenging situations such as relationship dissatisfaction, uncertainty over the future, transitioning from one situation to another, handling strong emotions like fear, loss, or anger, and healing pains from the past. These universal experiences can be overwhelming. I can help you navigate them more smoothly and set yourself up for success on the other side of it.
I have extensive training and experience to suggest a number of treatment modalities.The approaches I may use in my practice include, but are not limited to the following: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnosis, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT), and Energy Psychology.
In this process, I act as a guide to help you tap into your own healing wisdom. I now use Clinical Hypnosis, combined with guided imagery, to help clients access the wisdom of their subconscious in a focused way to foster effective pathways for problem resolution, healing and well-being.
