I am an individual, couple's and family therapist by training.
I would like you to know that I am open to including your spiritual needs as part of psychotherapy. I will not impose my views upon you at any time. I am open to a holistic approach to your well-being including your mind, body and soul. Additionally, it is important to share that I work with clients who are grieving losses of job, health, and relatives.
My therapy approach may include your family history, your personal life experiences both present and past. I employ the type of therapy that I believe will best suit the achievement of your goals. I will discuss the approach, goals and treatment plan prior to the commencement of our therapy journey.
