My primary treatment approach is rooted in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and I incorporate techniques from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to tailor evidence-based treatments to the unique needs and life circumstances of every client.
