We all have inner resilience to draw from when trying to cope with life's many challenges such as stress, anxiety, worry or trauma experiences. I guide the collaborative process of you finding/building up, your own innate strengths and coping, in support of leading a confident and in-control life. For 10+ years, I provide an effective, non-judgmental and coping skills focused counselling experience for a wide array of concerns but specialize in traumatic experiences such as those stemming from childhood, first responder, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, domestic abuse (physical and emotional) and complex/CPTSD, among others.
My counselling is focused on your goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT-E (Eating Disorders), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and am Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed. I help clients work through a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, worry, emotional struggles, low self worth, addictions, trauma/PTSD.
