I am a psychologist with many years of therapeutic experience specializing in providing therapy for people experiencing troubling anxiety or depression. I work closely and collaboratively with my clients finding solutions together on life issues that affect their wellbeing. Relationships, break-ups, work stress, life changes as well as new challenges can all impact us negatively. As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist I help my clients move forward in their lives to not only overcome life's challenges but to become the kind of person they wish to be.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and help clients develop tools and better ways of coping. As a CBT specialist, problems such as panic attacks, panic disorder, and other anxiety disorders as well as depression are my area of expertise. I have extensive experience in mental health and also teach CBT to health care professionals at the MUHC.
