I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). After obtaining my Master degree in Counselling Psychology, I have been assisting clients from a holistic approach. With a passion in supporting children and youth, I obtained my training to help them build resilience. I provide client-centered therapy to help children, youth, and adults navigate their challenges, find their inner voice, and improve their quality of life.
Currently, I offer psychotherapy and counseling to a variety of mental health concerns including: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, work stress, relationship issues, and trauma. I strive to build respectful and non-judgemental therapeutic relationships to empower clients to express themselves freely and explore new perspectives.
