I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Counselor, and Wellness Consultant with over 25 years experience in Marital and Relationship issues, Trauma / PTSD, Workplace issues, as well as Nutritional Counseling. Individual sessions may include Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and other approaches as appropriate.
