I have been working as a counsellor since 2011 and have experience supporting clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, self-esteem, self-worth, and workplace, family and relationship issues.
I am passionate about supporting clients in becoming the best version of themselves, to be their greatest advocate, to tap into their strength(s) and resources, to decrease the presence of problems in their lives, and to work towards their goals.
To this day I still feel honoured to hear my client’s stories of resiliency, triumph and acceptance of life’s many challenges. Walking alongside my clients as they make changes in their lives continues to reinforce my belief that with time and effort we can walk towards the life that we deserve.
