I work with adults coping with various mental health concerns. A confidential and caring therapeutic relationship is essential for you to comfortably share the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that have been most distressing for you. My treatment approach is integrative and collaborative, helping clients identify their strengths and achieve their therapeutic goals. In my practice, I use evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, ACT) suitable to each client’s core concerns.
I specialize in treatment of individuals coping with anxiety and mood disorders. I hold active registration with College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP), College of Psychologist of New Brunswick(CPNB), College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
